Update to our Terms
Dear Clients,
We have updated our Terms and Conditions and Order Execution Policy, effective on 30/10/2025.
What’s changing?
Terms & Conditions:
- reflect the different leverage applicable to CFDs on Indices available on our platform under Clause 28.
- clarify the instances where we may act as Principal or as Agent in relation to the execution of orders on Equities and what that means under Clause 33.2.
- defined Financing Fees for further clarity under Clause 44 and its scope under Clause 36.8.
Order Execution Policy:
- clarify the instances where we may act as Principal or as Agent in relation to the execution of orders on Equities and what that means, in line with also our Terms & Conditions under Clause 3.3.
- use of Financing Fee, in line with the definition given in our Terms & Conditions, under Clause 5.3.
