How the Scam Works:

1. Scammers buy low- volume, little-known stocks at a low price.
2. They spread false or exaggerated information through social media platforms to create hype, and lure others into buying.
3. As demand rises, the stock price is artificially inflated.
4. Once the price peaks, the scammers sell their shares, causing the stock to collapse and leaving investors with significant losses.

How to Protect Yourself:

✔ Do not share personal or financial details through unofficial channels.
✔ Be cautious of any offers or social media recommendations promising fast or guaranteed profits.
✔ Always verify that calls, emails, or messages come from an authorized Colmex Pro representative.
✔ Remember: Colmex Pro will never recommend specific stocks or investment strategies.

If you encounter such a group or suspicious activity, please report it to us immediately. While reporting helps our investigations, the Company cannot be held responsible for losses caused by third-party fraud and does not undertake to reimburse such.

Update to our Terms

Dear Clients,

We have updated our Terms and Conditions and Order Execution Policy, effective on 30/10/2025.

What’s changing?

Terms & Conditions:

• reflect the different leverage applicable to CFDs on Indices available on our platform under Clause 28.
• clarify the instances where we may act as Principal or as Agent in relation to the execution of orders on Equities and what that means under Clause 33.2.
• defined Financing Fees for further clarity under Clause 44 and its scope under Clause 36.8.

Update to our Terms & Conditions

Dear Clients,

Kindly be informed that the Company’s Terms and Conditions have been updated, to reflect the following changes to the Company’s withdrawal process:

*Removal of withdrawal fee.
*Introduction of a minimum withdrawal amount of $50, unless total account balance is less than $50, in which case Clients may withdraw the full remaining balance.
